U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) received more than the 65,000 H-1B visa regular cap petitions for FY 2020 during the first week of April 2019. A random selection process will be used to select which of the petitions will be adjudicated. The agency has announced that it will reject and return filing fees for all unselected cap-subject petitions.
